Return and Refund Policy
We offer 7 days Exchange policy in case the product size doesn’t fit or you have received a wrong product.Â
Step 1: To exchange your product please raise a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the delivery. You can do this by emailing us at return@anadhya.in or sending a message on WhatsApp to +91 97697 90455. Be sure to include pictures of the wrong item and your order ID.
Step 2: We will need up to 48 working hours to review your exchange request.
Step 3: Once your request is reviewed, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the delivered product.
Step 4: If our reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
Step 5: Once we have retrieved the wrong product from your location, we will promptly send you the replacement product.Â
Step 1: If you receive a damaged item, please request a replacement/refund within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at return@anadhya.in or via WhatsApp at  +91 97697 90455. Include images of the damaged item and your order ID.
Step 2: Please allow us 48 working hours to assess your replacement/refund request.
Step 3: After reviewing your request, we will coordinate with our courier partner to collect the damaged product from your location.
Step 4: In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, we will assist you in finding an alternative solution.
Step 5: Once we have retrieved the damaged product, we will promptly send you a replacement/return.Â
You will receive your ordered product within 8-15 business days.Â
